A customer presented Flavorman with their desire to lower calories in their line of beverages and was not interested in using many of the traditional high intensity sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Aspartame, Neotame, etc). Additionally, the customer wanted to maintain a competitive price point. Flavorman’s team of Product Development Specialists work extensively with Stevia, specifically RebA, and were able to reduce the calories, while maintaining a great tasting product. Shelf-life data suggests a 12 month shelf-life in this application.
