Our 24,000 square-foot headquarters houses one of the largest full-service beverage product development facilities in the United States, including a state-of-the-art, fully equipped laboratory, warehouse and production area. Our in-house capabilities, industry expertise and product innovation allow Flavorman to offer our clients a wide range of expert services in order to turn a great idea into revenue.

What do we do?

Flavorman develops products for every category in the beverage industry. Our lab work, formulation, R & D, blending, shelf life testing, FDA review and quality control is all done here within our facility. All of our samples ship directly from our lab. We work closely with our clients and colleagues in the industry to manage costs and facilitate packaging and production schedules.

Flavorman develops products for our clients. Our clients retain sole ownership of their formulations. Flavorman has no equity position in the products we develop. Therefore, we can service our clients with the energy and confidentiality they require, without conflicting interests.

How do we do it?

  • We work with you to first match your idea to a product concept that corresponds to consumer needs and a return on investment for you.
  • Combining your input, our expertise and state of the art technology, our beverage architects develop and refine your product until it meets your exact taste, color, ingredient and functionality specifics.
  • We provide you with samples of the final formula. While you are meeting with investors, distributors and retailers, we get you set up to take your product through manufacturing and quality control, so that you can get it into the hands of the consumer.
  • We help you select packaging, and keeping your location in mind, pair you with the co-packer that will run your production.
  • We create your ingredient labels, review all marketing claims and make sure your product meets FDA standards and regulations. We also conduct shelf-life studies and quality control tests on your commercial samples.

What is our process?

How much does it cost?

If you decide to use Flavorman for your beverage concept development, we will submit a project proposal for your review and signature. This proposal outlines the parameters of the project and includes a comprehensive list of services that Flavorman will provide. It also will contain a project fee. This fee covers a small portion of the resources used to develop your beverage. The fee depends on the complexity of the project, the timetable required and the desired ingredients for inclusion.
