The Solution: Green Energy Tea and Black Energy Tea in cans for maximum antioxidant benefits
While some cultures have valued the taste and health benefits of tea for centuries, the American mainstream has only recently begun to value them. In anticipation of huge segment growth, a successful beverage distributing company turned to Flavorman to develop its own line of tea drinks.
Flavorman went right to work to develop two new energy tea drinks. Their goal was to combine the health benefits of tea with the boost of an energy drink to appeal to the growing number of “new age” tea drinkers. Each drink contained real sugar and no high-fructose corn syrup.
- A real-brewed green energy tea drink with protective antioxidants, taurine, EGCG, polyphenols and guarana
- A real-brewed black energy tea drink with protective antioxidants, taurine, B-vitamins, polyphenols and milk thistle.
Further, Flavorman recommended a can over a bottle to reduce exposure to light and heat, hence maximizing the potency of the antioxidants. Working with contract manufacturers, we also established and tested quality control measures so the client could focus fully on sales and marketing.
